Dear GCK9 Family,

The time has come to make some really tough decisions to navigate the next few months.

WE ARE STAYING OPEN and caring for your pets, however, starting tomorrow (Friday, March 20th) we will no longer have office hours, meet and greets, group classes or tours.

We will have staff here feeding, running social groups/enrichment activities and cleaning from open to close. The pups that are with us will still be receiving the same level of excellent care that we feel sets us apart from the rest. This is where we are going to ask all of you a few favors to make sure that we can remain open, keep our staff and clients safe and healthy during this time. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Please understand that there will be no exceptions, thank you for your understanding!

What we are doing to help protect you and our staff:

To keep client/staff interactions to a minimum we are not scheduling meet and greets, new private lessons, tours or group classes.

We are sanitizing EVERYTHING, including all doors/handles and office area multiple times daily to minimize the spread of anything.

How to notify us you have arrived….

If you choose to, you can still enter the office and ring the bell for drop off or pick up. Please make the handoff brief for your safety and ours.

If you are coming to the office, we will ask that the outside door remains open so that the next client can wait outside. We ask that people no longer congregate in the office at any time.

If you choose to, you can wait outside the building to pick up or drop off. We have set up a doorbell outside (much like the one in the office) to alert staff that you have arrived. Once ringing the bell we will come out to greet you.

NEW “valet service”: If you would rather not come in the building or touch the outside community doorbell, we have a new messaging service set up. You will respond via text, “HERE” to the instructional message you receive. This will notify a staff member to come outside a meet you (either for drop off or pick up).

We are doing our best to minimize risk so that your pups can still have a fun and active day. I’m sure you can understand, what should have been one of our busiest times of year has been drastically impacted. We want to continue to offer our services and pay our hardworking and caring staff during this time. We understand that these times are stressful and we appreciate those of you still bringing your pups to us for Play Care and Adventures.

Thank you for being a part of our family, for you patience and understanding during this difficult time.
